Responsible for managing slide creation products, including 100D+, StudioWorks, Starburst II, and Infinity.

• Improved sales force productivity by developing a comprehensive 150 page strategic sales handbook
• Increased customer satisfaction, service contract renewals and sales by 30% after redesigning the product’s human interface and writing specifications for new product features.
• Produced and presented within 6 days a 110 slide marketing presentation for the national sales meeting, saving the company $11,000.00 on rushed outside production costs.

Pansophic System acquired the graphics division of AVL. Promoted to Systems Consultant. This position was the authoritative source of information for all Application Specialists.

• Designed and conducted the Quality Assurance program for the Starburst II slide production product resulting in a trouble-free update to 300 clients.
• designed/developed Starburst II product which was "product of choice" in North America and Europe.

Audio Visual Laboratories, Tinton Falls, NJ 1983 - 1985

Responsibilities include interfacing with Development for products including AVL PC1, PC2, and Starburst.

• Demonstrated systems and produced samples for clients resulting in numerous system sales (Disney, American Airlines, Hess Oil, General Motors).

Responsibilities remained the same with emphasis on sales/customer support, and producing samples.

Joined Audio Visual laboratories as the first full time position supporting their Computer Graphics Product (the Eagle 2000). Responsibilities included pre-sales & client support, development with bug and enhancement data, trade shows, quality assurance testing, color correction, and produced all samples.

• Judged 1984 AMI International Convention amongst competing Multi-image presentations for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, gold, and best of show awards. (Association for Multi-Image)

Media Management Corporation, NYC 1981 - 1983

Complete coordination of Optical special effects, Multi-image programming and production staging.

• Technical producer of logo used in the national print campaign for TV mini-series "The Winds of War."
• Programmed the 24-projector Multi-image slide show presented during the employee Christmas event for Young & Rubicam Advertising, as well as staging the show at Carnegie Hall.
